La Olla, started 29 years ago, is a family business that over time has become a must-go destination for locals and tourists, and where we cook Mexican cuisine with the main focus on local ingredients from Oaxaca

La Olla , nace hace 25 años, es una empresa familiar, donde el paso del tiempo se ha convertido en un destino obligado para locales y turistas, en donde cocinamos comida mexicana con el principal enfoque en ingredientes locales oaxaqueños.

Currently we change the menu three or four times a year depending on the season to show the excellence and diversity of the foods of our state. We are a family that is proud of our traditions, art, and gastronomy, and we love to show off our Oaxaca.

PILAR CABRERA

Chef through passion and Food Scientist by profession. Her passion for all the local ingredients in the market and traditional recipes and curiosity that sprang from getting into the chemistry of the ingredients came together in her cooking. Balance, tradition and innovation, that’s how she defines her kitchen.

We take our kitchen to any space, inside or outside the city. We specialize in exhibition openings, coffee service, etc. We help you organize your event, from a wedding to a romantic dinner.
